New Chat Blazer Launches

Singapore-based Pendulab said it has launched its new Chat Blazer Corporate Messenger suite. The company says unlike other enterprise instant messaging (EIM) software applications, Chat Blazer Corporate Messenger offers both real-time text chat and IM capabilities.

Some of Chat Blazer Corporate Messenger features are encryption of IM messages, enterprise integration with third party database software such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, and an application-programming interface (API) set for third party application integration, officials said.

Secure Document Delivery technology, meantime, ensures that the recipients can verify if a file actually comes from the sender. A third party cannot open a file sent by this technology,

The Chat Blazer Messenger Module works like public IM networks like AOL Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger and ICQ, officials said.

The offering is made possible by having the Chat Blazer Corporate Messenger operate as a plug-in to Pendulab's Chat Blazer Enterprise server, a chat application server that enables Web-based chat.
